Overview
The Churnkey connector syncs your subscription retention data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull sessions, cancellations, offers, and customers from the Churnkey Data API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Churnkey data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Sessions
- Cancellations
- Offers
- Customers
Authentication
API key + App ID (custom headers)
Find both the data API key and App ID under Churnkey > Settings > Account.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
