Overview
The Todoist connector syncs your task management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tasks, projects, sections, and labels from the Todoist API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Todoist data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tasks
- Projects
- Sections
- Labels
Authentication
Bearer token (personal token or OAuth2)
Grab a personal API token from Todoist Settings > Integrations > Developer, or register an OAuth app for multi-user access.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
