Overview
The incident.io connector syncs your incident-management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull incidents, severities, roles, and follow-ups from the incident.io API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following incident.io data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Incidents
- Severities
- Roles
- Follow-ups
Authentication
Bearer token (API key)
Create an API key under Settings > API keys — the token is shown only once.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
