Overview
The HappyFox connector syncs your help-desk data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, contacts, agents, and categories from the HappyFox API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following HappyFox data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tickets
- Contacts
- Agents
- Categories
Authentication
Basic Auth (API key + Auth Code)
Generate both from the HappyFox admin panel under Settings > API, which issues a paired API Key and Auth Code.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
