Overview
The Uptick connector syncs your fire and security field service management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tasks, properties, assets, and defects from the Uptick API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Uptick data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tasks
- Properties
- Assets
- Defects
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Client ID/Secret)
Go to Control Panel > Uptick API > "Create Application" to generate credentials.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
