Overview
The Alida connector syncs your customer experience insights data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull surveys, responses, members, and activities from the Alida API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Alida data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Surveys
- Responses
- Members
- Activities
Authentication
API key + username/password (bearer token exchange)
An account Admin creates API credentials under Product Settings > API.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
