Overview
The Greenhouse connector syncs your recruiting data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull candidates, applications, jobs, offers, and scorecards from the Greenhouse Harvest API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Greenhouse data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Candidates

- Jobs
- Offers
- Scorecards
Authentication
OAuth2 (client credentials)
An admin creates Harvest V3 API credentials in Greenhouse (API Credentials > Create new) for a Client ID and Secret.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
