Overview
The Totango connector syncs your customer success data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull accounts, users, touchpoints, and tasks from the Totango API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Totango data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Accounts
- Users
- Touchpoints
- Tasks
Authentication
Personal Access Token + Service ID
From your Totango profile's Integration tab, click Create Token.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
