Overview
The CloudTalk connector syncs your cloud call center data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, agents, contacts, and tags from the CloudTalk API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following CloudTalk data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Calls
- Agents
- Contacts
- Tags
Authentication
HTTP Basic Auth (Access Key ID + Secret)
Admins find or generate the key pair in the CloudTalk Dashboard under Account > Settings > API keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
