Overview
The Lattice connector syncs your HR performance management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull users, reviews, goals, and feedback from the Lattice API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Lattice data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Users
- Reviews
- Goals
- Feedback
Authentication
Bearer token (API key)
Admins generate and manage API keys from the Lattice admin dashboard under Admin > Platform > API keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
