Overview
The ChurnZero connector syncs your customer success data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull accounts, contacts, events, and scores from the ChurnZero API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following ChurnZero data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Events
- Scores
Authentication
HTTP Basic Auth (API key)
Create an API key under Admin > API Keys in the ChurnZero app; the REST API is a paid add-on your Customer Success Manager must enable first.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
