Overview
The dbt Cloud connector syncs your analytics engineering data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull jobs, runs, projects, environments, and models from the dbt Cloud API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following dbt Cloud data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Jobs
- Runs
- Projects
- Environments
- Models
Authentication
API token (personal or service account)
Generate a Personal Access Token under Account Settings > API Tokens, or have an admin create a Service Account Token for production use.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
