The Freshcaller connector syncs your cloud call center data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, agents, queues, and recordings from the Freshcaller API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Freshcaller data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Queues
- Recordings
Authentication
API key (X-Api-Auth header)
Copy the API key shown under your Freshcaller Profile Settings.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
