Overview
The Sana connector syncs your learning platform data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull courses, users, progress, and sessions from the Sana API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Sana data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Courses
- Users
- Progress
- Sessions
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (client credentials, Bearer token)
Create an API client under Manage > API in Sana settings. Sana has a definitive agreement to be acquired by Workday, announced 2026.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
