Overview
The Kustomer connector syncs your customer service CRM data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull conversations, customers, messages, and teams from the Kustomer API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Kustomer data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Conversations
- Customers
- Messages
- Teams
Authentication
Bearer token (API key)
Create the key under Settings > Security > API Keys in the Kustomer org; shown only once at creation.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
