Overview
The Workable connector syncs your recruiting and applicant tracking data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull candidates, jobs, stages, and members from the Workable API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Workable data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Candidates
- Jobs
- Stages
- Members
Authentication
Bearer token (personal API access token)
Generate it under Integrations > "Generate new token", selecting scopes; shown only once.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
