Overview
The Help Scout connector syncs your customer support data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull conversations, customers, mailboxes, and users from the Help Scout Mailbox API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Help Scout data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Create an OAuth2 app under Your Profile > My Apps to get an App ID and Secret.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
