The Talkdesk connector syncs your contact center data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull calls, agents, contacts, and dispositions from the Talkdesk API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Talkdesk data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials, or Authorization Code for per-user/SSO)
Create an OAuth client via Talkdesk Builder to get credentials.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
