Overview
The StarRez connector syncs your student housing and residence management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull residents, bookings, rooms, and payments from the StarRez REST API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following StarRez data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Residents
- Bookings
- Rooms
- Payments
Authentication
Per-instance Web Service Token (REST 2.0), or username/password (legacy v1)
Not self-serve — existing customers generate a token under Account > Web Service Tokens inside their own StarRez instance.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
