Overview
The Insightful connector syncs your employee-monitoring data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull employees, time entries, screenshots, and projects from the Insightful API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Insightful data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Employees
- Time entries
- Screenshots
- Projects
Authentication
API key (Bearer token)
An org admin generates a token under Settings > API Tokens, with separate read and write permission sets.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
