Overview
The Okendo connector syncs your ecommerce reviews and loyalty data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull reviews, questions, customers, and products from the Okendo API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Okendo data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Reviews
- Questions
- Customers
- Products
Authentication
HTTP Basic Auth (User ID + API Key) + okendo-api-version header
Copy the User ID and API Key from the integration settings inside the Okendo app.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
