Overview
The Leapsome connector syncs your people-management and performance-review data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull reviews, goals, employee data, and time tracking from the Leapsome Content API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Leapsome data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Reviews
- Goals
- Employee data
- Time tracking
Authentication
Bearer JWT (obtained via an API Secret exchange)
Create an API Secret in Leapsome under admin Team Settings, then exchange it for a short-lived JWT.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
