Overview

The Akeneo connector syncs your product information management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull products, categories, families, and attributes from the Akeneo API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following Akeneo data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication

OAuth2 (Password Grant)

In the PIM UI, go to Connect > Connection settings to create a connection, which generates a client ID/secret plus a dedicated API-user username and password — a less common grant type than most other connectors.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
