Overview

The NICE CXone connector syncs your contact-center and CX platform data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull interactions, agents, evaluations, and schedules from the NICE CXone API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current. NICE's other product lines (Actimize, Nexidia, WFM) ship separate APIs not covered here.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following NICE CXone data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

  • Interactions
  • Agents
  • Evaluations
  • Schedules

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 / Access Key / OpenID Connect

Submit a NICE Application Registration form (2-3 business days) for a client ID/secret, or an account admin can generate an Access Key directly from CXone account settings.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
