Overview
The HighLevel connector syncs your agency CRM and marketing data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull contacts, opportunities, campaigns, and appointments from the HighLevel API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following HighLevel data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Campaigns
- Appointments
Authentication
OAuth 2.0, or Private Integration Token (Bearer)
Simplest path is a Private Integration Token created inside a HighLevel sub-account; full OAuth 2.0 requires registering a Marketplace app.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
