Overview
The Planhat connector syncs your customer success data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull companies, end users, conversations, and NPS data from the Planhat API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Planhat data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Companies
- End users
- Conversations
- NPS
Authentication
Bearer token (API key); Basic auth also accepted
Generate a static Access Token under Settings > Private Apps; shown once.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
