The Freshservice connector syncs your IT service management data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, assets, changes, and problems from the Freshservice API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Freshservice data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication
API key (HTTP Basic auth)
Each agent copies their personal API key from their Freshservice profile settings page.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
