Overview
The Canny connector syncs your product feedback data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull posts, boards, votes, and comments from the Canny API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Canny data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Posts
- Boards
- Votes
- Comments
Authentication
API key
Sign in as an admin, open workspace Settings > API, and copy the secret API key.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
