The Ordway connector syncs your subscription billing and revenue data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull customers, subscriptions, invoices, and payments from the Ordway API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

What you can sync

Ingest syncs the following Ordway data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

Authentication

Multi-header token auth (X-User-Company, X-User-Email, X-User-Token, X-API-KEY)

X-User-Token comes from Account Settings > Users in the app; X-API-KEY isn't self-serve — request it from Ordway's customer success team.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
