The Certinia connector syncs your professional services automation data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull projects, timecards, invoices, and opportunities from Certinia's Salesforce-native API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.

Authentication

Salesforce-delegated OAuth2

Certinia runs as a managed package on Salesforce, so a Salesforce admin creates a Connected App or Integration User in the org where Certinia is installed — there's no separate Certinia-issued credential.

You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
