Overview
The Toast connector syncs your restaurant point-of-sale data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull orders, checks, menu items, and employees from the Toast API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Toast data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Employees
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (client credentials)
Standard/analytics API credentials are self-service via Toast Web; partner/custom-integration credentials require Toast's review and approval.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
