Overview
The Zoho Desk connector syncs your customer support data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull tickets, contacts, agents, and departments from the Zoho Desk API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Zoho Desk data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Tickets
- Contacts
- Agents
- Departments
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 (Zoho-oauthtoken or Bearer header)
Register the app in the Zoho API Console; a "self client" option exists for server-side use without a redirect.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
