Overview
The Pendo connector syncs your product analytics and user guidance data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull visitors, accounts, features, guides, and reports from the Pendo API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Pendo data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:
- Visitors
- Accounts
- Features
- Guides
- Reports
Authentication
API key (x-pendo-integration-key header)
Requires an active Pendo subscription with API access enabled; an Admin creates the key under Settings > Integrations > Integration Keys.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
