The Freshteam connector syncs your HR and recruiting data into analytics-ready tables in your data warehouse. Pull candidates, job postings, employees, and interviews from the Freshteam API, with Ingest handling auth, pagination, and retries so the tables stay current.
What you can sync
Ingest syncs the following Freshteam data into your data warehouse, each as its own table refreshed on your schedule:

- Job postings
- Employees
- Interviews
Authentication
Bearer token (API key)
Copy your API key from the profile icon > API Settings in Freshteam.
You enter credentials in a secure form, never in chat. Ingest stores and rotates them for you.
